Returns & Refunds Policy

At How’s Ya Mate, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please ensure you check the size guide below before ordering.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including incorrect size selection, or if you simply no longer want the item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact the How’s Ya Mate team at admin@llsafwnsw.org.au to arrange an exchange. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect Items

In line with Australian Consumer Law, if an item is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. Please contact us at admin@llsafwnsw.org.au as soon as possible so we can assist.
